Essex based multi disciplinary surveying practice is recruiting a newly qualified General Practice Surveyor to join their expanding and dynamic team. RICS membership is essential; our client is looking for surveyors who have recently qualified. However applications from more experienced surveyors will also be considered.
This is an interesting and diverse role; you can expect to be subjected to a number of General Practice disciplines, including valuation, lease advisory, leasehold reform, estate management etc.
Whilst you will be Essex based (South-end on Sea) expect frequent trips into Central London and the South East, home working is encouraged, as it may not always be necessary to attend the office on a daily basis.
