Director/Associate – General Practice Consultancy - Bristol
We are looking to procure a Director or Associate Level business manager to join the Bristol office of a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants.
With over 100 years of experience they work across property disciplines and offer their clients a unique, partner led approach with maximum emphasis on quality of service and project delivery. With a range of industry awards and long term client relationships they have enjoyed measured growth throughout the recession.
They are now looking to the future and aiming to aggressively expand their Bristol office with the hire of a new Business partner, ideally to capitalise on both traditional and niche markets including asset management, commercial agency, healthcare, rating, valuation and development.
The ideal candidates will have a track record of previous success and be able to demonstrate a clear business plan going forward with tangible work streams and client relationships to bring with them. We are looking for candidates with the following key qualities
• Degree Qualified and 5+ years chartered experience
• Expertise and key client knowledge within your chosen field
• A wide range of contacts that will allow you to bring on business with immediate effect
• A track record of exemplary business development.
This role would suit someone currently stifled in a restrictive corporate environment or alternatively you could be a sole practitioner looking for the support of a national brand to take your business to the next level.
In return our client offers highly competitive salary packages, ranging from £50,000 - £70,000 complete with car allowance, healthcare, pension and a generous bonus scheme.
