Leading a dedicated team of commercial negotiators, you’ll play a key role in leveraging all kinds of exciting commercial opportunities – from the implementation of competitive and incentivised contracts, through to groundbreaking property joint ventures (JV) on our most valuable sites. Proactively managing JV and contracts, you’ll drive exceptional value and provide us with a significant commercial advantage in a fast-paced, ever-changing sector.
It’s a role with a wide range of responsibilities – from financial and commercial modelling of JV options, through to assessing and advising on potential partners, risks and opportunities. You’ll develop and negotiate contracts and manage strong relationships with our partners.
When it comes to property, you demonstrate excellent commercial and financial acumen, with particular expertise in negotiating, establishing and managing 50:50 and serviced land JVs. Your extensive experience spans the assessment of strategic capital investment options, strategic commercial negotiation and renegotiation, contract performance management and procurement.
We’ll expect you to bring strong interpersonal and communication skills to the role, with a track record of providing expert advice. A relevant degree level qualification in property or finance is also essential.
