Our client, a leading UK property consultancy has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with minimum 8-10 years PQE to be involved in a number of high profile projects including the 2012 legacy programme and High Speed 2 (HS2).
Our client is seeking an ‘all rounder’ with a rare mix of both property and infrastructure project experience although not absolutely essential. The role will focus on commercial management of these projects and you’ll be expected to demonstrate the necessary strategic ability to deliver these programmes to the highest level.
With such significant public interest in these projects, the successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills to manage wide stakeholder interest. Salary c£55-60k plus benefits.
