Our client, a busy, traditional PQS practice is seeking to appoint a senior level surveyor to join their London office as a result of a significantly increased workload. Whilst our client has an ever evolving portfolio of work they’re currently seeking a Senior QS (MRICS qualified) to manage high end residential projects (in the heart of London’s West End) alongside various commercial office and London based University projects.
Entering into a new financial year, it's important to highlight that the companies' general commitment is for consistent but steady growth. In principle, candidates must demonstrate sound PQS history preferably within a London based setting. It's anticipated that the successful person will have a good mix of new build, refurbishment & fit out experience and whom can manage clients with little support in these relevant project areas.
The business is very well supported with a strong middle management tier but our client is seeking an exceptional talent who has the ability to step up to an Associate level in a relatively short period of time. To £58,000 (Max) Package benefits including private healthcare & 25 days annual leave.
