Senior Project Manager - Essex
Our client, a leading consultancy is seeking an ambitious & proactive Senior Project Manager to join its expanding team. The role will combine a traditional PM delivery role with internal management expectations.
Day to day you’ll be managing a wide variety of projects including retail, hotels, residential & mixed use schemes. The position will be supported by small team around you, motivated & managed with your leadership.
You will be degree qualified (preferably RICS or APM accredited) with extensive experience at a senior level. Early feasibility, site appraisal and acquisition support experience will be critical. You will possess a polished & professional approach to work and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The ability to liaise ‘across sector’ with clients, contractors and consultants is, of course, crucial. Salary c£40-50k + benefits
