A niche Project and Cost Management consultancy based in Central London is seeking a Project Manager to join its expanding London team.
Reporting to a partner, you will be managing (with direct responsibility) a variety of schemes from notable commercial office spaces to luxury residential projects in both new build and refurbishments environments.
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual, preferably of chartered status, who’s adept in project delivery and who can take responsibility from inception to completion.
It’s expected you will have a minimum 3-5 years' post qualification experience (MRICS) with a relevant degree. Our client is keen to introduce a professional with entrepreneurial spirit; a forward thinker who can focus on the details and has a demonstrable track record of delivering projects from £5-15m.
