Our exclusive client, a leading UK Building Consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified (RICS) Building Surveyor to join their National Building Consultancy in London.
Day to day, you’ll be managing projects between £50k to £1m but your professional role will extend to planned & preventative maintenance and dilapidations work.
As a principled activity, all candidates should be able to demonstrate strong Contract Administration skills. You will be involved in a range of projects from commercial, healthcare, education (schools & tertiary) and residential.
Interpersonal skills are essential for this client facing role. Our client will also consider candidates who hold exempting degrees who have continued to full RICS membership.
Salary £30,000-40,000 including a company car allowance, 23 days annual leave, Pension, Private Health plus an Interest Free season ticket loan.
