A national property construction business covering all sector contracting from residential to commercial to health are looking to expand on their residential side of the business due to continued growth and future development.
Having been accepted on several frameworks within the area, this is an exciting time for the company and therefore they are looking for a committed Managing Surveyor to oversee the South Wales region for their residential arm of the business.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager and managing a team of 3 Quantity Surveyors, you will oversee all social housing planned maintenance contracts ranging from £300k - £6 million.
Based out of their Head Office in South Wales you will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial operations, including financial control, purchasing, bid management, maintaining client and supply chain relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong commercial background in the residential sector
Experience in managing social housing refurbishment contracts
A steady career history showing continued growth and development
Experience of managing a team of at least 3 surveyors
Excellent Knowledge of JCT and NEC
Possess vision, integrity and passion across all aspects of the business
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 plus package
