This is an exceptional opportunity for an MRICS qualified, building surveyor to join a small team within a respected and growing surveying practice.
Our client has been established commercial agent for over 20 years and has used this as a basis to grow a successful multidisciplinary practice encompassing agency, investment and building consultancy as well as offering expertise in L&T, Rent reviews and associated consultancy services.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in building surveying, be chartered with at least 2 years PQE, and have worked within a similar pro-active commercial environment.
Key duties will include
• Dilapidations
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall negotiations
You will be professional and confident, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a methodical and well organised approach.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in the delivery of dilapidations reports as well as demonstrate effective negotiation following the delivery of these reports to your client.
