An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals to join us on our Land Officer Development Programme. You will provide a lands service for electricity and gas transmission and gas distribution projects and assist with the delivery of both capital projects and revenue maintenance schemes, as well as helping to deliver the company’s crop loss and drainage compensation budget.
Previous experience as a Wayleave or Lands Officer for a utility company, land agency practice or similar would be ideal but is not essential. Associate Membership of RICS or an HND in Agriculture or a RICS accredited qualification would also be an advantage.
