Pellings is a leading multi disciplinary professional practice and we have 2 vacancies for Senior Building Surveyors, who want to be actively involved in providing an excellent level of service as well as wanting to progress in their career. We have been successful in winning a number of new framework agreements over the last 18 months and we are currently expanding our Building Surveying team in our Bromley office.
We are particularly looking for Building Surveyors with experience of working in private practice in the Housing and Education Sectors.
The Role will include:
•Structural Surveys and Feasibility Reports
•Building Defects Analysis
•Preparation of Specifications
•Contract Administration of new build, education and housing projects, alterations and extensions to existing buildings, Decent Homes projects - Contract values up to £5m
•Development and Construction Monitoring of building projects
•Preparation of applications of statutory consent and liaising with relevant authorities.
•Liaising with clients in respect of technical matters
Requirements:
•MRICS Building Surveying with minimum 2 years PQE
•Self motivated but with the ability to work as part of a team
•Confident communication skills
•Full technical ability and able to demonstrate a good level of experience in running projects
