We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our small, friendly but dynamic multi-discipline Consultancy, working on a wide range of projects, from feasibility, through design and to final completion.
You would also oversee construction works by various contractors, attend meetings, provide advice to Clients on defects and carry out condition surveys.
Based in Enfield, we have extensive School and commercial clients across North and North West London. We offer a professional, but informal and bespoke service to each of our Clients.
You must be self-motivated, have exceptional communication and technical skills, with a dynamic approach to business development. Your planning, organisational and analytical skills must be excellent. You will have good IT skills and CAD experience would be an advantage, but not essential. A full UK driving licence is essential and a car allowance will be paid.
