So that we can concentrate on providing the world-class service that we’ve become renowned for, we need to make sure that our estate is maintained and developed to the highest standards. From weather radar stations to our HQ office, we have over 500 sites across the UK. It’s highly important to our continued success that our property assets are managed effectively in order to maintain our operational capability.
By joining our team as an Estates Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our property portfolio continues to support the Met Office requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll arrange the renewal of leases and contracts for our properties; as well as rent reviews; planning matters and the assessment of the on-going suitability and capability of sites – all in an efficient manner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as a professional Estates Assistant as you’ll actively help to manage a diverse profile of properties for a world-leading organisation.
