RICS CPD app: update

Reported issues following the iOS and Android platform upgrades means that the RICS CPD app is currently unavailable.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused whilst we carry out the work required to reinstate them. We have a plan in place to reinstate the apps by early December 2018. In the meantime, please view and record your CPD via the members area: https://myaccount.rics.org/Cpd/ProfessionalCpd

As a qualified member of RICS, you must undertake at least 20 hours of continuing professional development each year.

The free RICS CPD app makes recording this activity even easier.

The app allows qualified members to record and save their CPD activities securely, anytime, anywhere. The activities are saved directly into the member’s personal CPD record and can be edited at a later date via the app or via the website, until the activity is marked as completed.

The app is for use exclusively by qualified RICS members (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS). However, to learn more about the benefits of CPD, whether you’re an RICS member or not, click here.

Members are able to view their previously added, planned and completed CPD activities, and add new activities directly from their Apple device (iPhone 4 & 5, iPod touch, iPad mini, iPad). An Android version is planned for release in September, with brand new features.

As a member, you can use the app to:

  • Securely record your CPD activities on the move
  • Record future planned activities, that can be marked as completed at a later date
  • Access and edit activities added previously via the app or via your desktop PC
  • View a graph and annual summary of the activities you’ve completed this year
  • Review activities recorded and completed in the previous year

The RICS CPD app is available in the Apple app store now.
