There are two divisions within our company, Michael Lamb Associates Ltd and MLA Recruitment.

Michael Lamb Associates Ltd is recognised as a market leader in the fields of Executive Search and Advertised Selection for individual retained assignments. Retained clients include property consultancies, development and investment companies, banks, institutions, funds and management consultancies. Assignments cover the spectrum of property disciplines, typically in the commercial sector.

MLA Recruitment is our highly recognised division focussing on database appointments, on a non-retained basis. Database Search is particularly effective where prompt results are required. MLA Recruitment has gained recognition as the premier recruiter, particularly in the residential valuation and survey sector.
