Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, your role will involve undertaking all aspects of the financial management process.
Your duties will include:
• Establishing initial project budgets and cash flow forecasts in consultation with the Estimator and Project Manager.
• Appraisal, negotiation, tendering, letting & administration of subcontracts and key materials purchase orders.
• Regular liaison with clients, consultants, project and operations management, subcontractors, suppliers and other related parties
Working on a range of new build projects across both public & private sectors including Commercial, Retail and Educational projects, you will be office based with site visits covering 2/3 concurrent projects in and around Auckland
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate commercial experience on building projects, with values ranging from £2m to £15m+.
It is desirable that applicants will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying (or relevant experience and qualifications).
