As a business, e.surv is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all of our Chartered surveyors have individual RICS certification to carry out mortgage valuations and surveys.

We are always looking to recruit additional residential surveyors and registered valuers to join our team across the UK. To be considered you will need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least 1 year of post qualification experience within residential surveying, specifically HomeBuyer Reports, and Mortgage Valuations. Our Surveyors are home based and you will be provided with all the equipment required to work from a home office, including company car or car allowance.
