A leading property & construction consultancy in Oxford is looking for a Project Manager to join their experienced and talented team. The role will find you working on a varied range of projects with an emphasis toward industrial and commercial projects.

With projects valued circa £30m+ on behalf of unique clients such as Universities, major sports teams, developers and more you will find yourself managing prestigious projects which will be in the limelight. In the role you will be a highly trusted member of the team working autonomously and providing a single point of contact for the clients. You will manage from start to finish, taking initial client briefs through feasibility, site surveys, planning consents and selection of contractors.

Requirements:

MRICS/MCIOB

Consultancy experience

Microsoft Office (MS Project skills)
