Staff Valuers / Client Side Residential Surveyors

Our specialist Lender client seeks Residential Surveyors experienced in Buy to Let and HMO Valuations to work in-house as “Staff Valuers” covering close knit patches in a variety of locations UK wide.

Working as a Staff Valuer, experienced Residential Surveyors focus on quality over quantity with a single reporting format, a workload comprising JUST buy to let and HMO valuations, select postcodes, logically booked jobs (with sufficient time allowed for key pick up where required and travel to the next), market leading tablet technology and an outstanding remuneration package that is basic salary led (i.e. no chasing bonuses to make up for a low basic salary!).

Suitable Residential Surveyors will need to meet the following criteria:

  • MRICS or FRICS or AssocRICS & VRS
  • Experience within the Buy to Let and HMO markets, or investment valuation generally.
  • Have a stable career history
  • Quality focused

In return for which, successful Residential Surveyors who become Staff Surveyors for our client can expect remuneration comprising:

  • High basic salary (up to £65k)
  • Bonuses (Based on a percentage of basic salary as opposed to fee income to incentivise quality not just quantity)
