Your new company
One of the largest property owners in the UK, with a £3 billion asset portfolio, some 4,000 properties, 3,000 employees and an annual income of over £700 million is looking for a Data Property Support Manager role to help with their transition on property management system Horizon.

Your new role
To ensure that the asset management data of the business is complete and accurate. To work within the Lease Administration team of the Property Management function, reporting directly to the principal Property Managers to ensure the following responsibilities are met;

  • Maintaining complete and accurate asset management data records for all sites, buildings, head leases, sub-leases and undocumented occupiers within the zone
  • Working closely with Senior Property Managers to identify data errors, data improvements, data upload requirements and undertake amendments for the sites and buildings that are managed.
  • Influencing the property management team about the importance of having a data-driven culture.
  • Responsible for the zonal interface with the Horizon, Aconex and other critical systems for the integrity of data. This may include adhoc and structured training to Asset Management colleagues on these systems
  • Responsible for managing the Data Change Notice (DCN) process at a zonal level which is used to formally request changes to data and the audit able process to implement those changes
  • Working in conjunction with a regional or central team Finance, Facilities Management, Business Information and the wider Asset Management teams to resolve data queries and inconsistencies
  • Working with suppliers on legal, transaction, planning and valuation activity as necessary to obtain clarity on data as necessary
  • Processing Occupancy Change Notice (OCN) requests from Customers/Tenants within the buildings of a relevant zone.
  • Reporting the DCN, OCN and other general activity progress on a regular basis to the PPM, SPMs, DSM Team Lead, and Data Steward and Performance Senior Manager
  • Highlighting issues with data control processes (inc. DCN, OCN, Horizon) to the DSM Team Lead and Data Steward and Performance Senior Manager
  • Assisting in any internal or external audit activity in relation to data records
  • Acting as an ambassador of a data-driven function and helping drive a culture that promotes the highest quality of data



What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record working in estate management and data improvement using the property management system Horizon. An understanding of the complexities of working within the public sector and the various stakeholders that need to be liaised with to create a data enriched culture.
