We wish to appoint Assistant Property Project Directors who will be motivated by the scale and complexity of the challenge and recognise the unique opportunity these roles present. Accountable for the end to end delivery of a portfolio of new build multi-million pound office developments of between 100,000 and 400,000 sqft and other office refurbishment projects, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our ambitious transformation programme. 

As an Assistant Property Projects Director, you will ensure the smooth running and management of a portfolio of projects to time, cost and quality. Taking responsibility from pre-acquisition to project handover, you will be widely recognised for your expertise, across the Estates Transformation team and the whole organisation.  Leading highly engaged and collaborative cross-functional teams; establishing strong working relationships with a host of internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating the work of external consultants and partners. We will rely on you to provide challenge and highlight risks, making sure that every project is delivered successfully, with appropriate governance and controls.

To be equal to the challenge, you’ll need to have either a relevant, degree level, property or construction related qualification - and, ideally, a recognised project or change management qualification - or an equivalent level of practical professional experience. RICS or CIOB membership is preferred. You will certainly have a proven ability to thrive in a key role on large change projects, leading project teams to deliver modern office buildings. As important as your technical and commercial expertise is, it will be your flair for forging impactful relationships with influential stakeholders that sets you apart.
