One of the UK's leading Property Consultancies based in W1, Central London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor with a minimum 18 months recorded APC diary to join their Building Consultancy team who offer advice at all phases of the property cycle.

If you're an Assistant Building Surveyor, currently working within a Private Practice/Consultancy and feel with the right support, could be Chartered over the next 12 months, then this is an opportunity with one of the UK's most reputable Property Consultancies offering a structured APC support program.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a team renowned for their sustained, exceptional Client Service over the last 80 years who are currently winning the rights to a variety of Commercial Projects from their broad portfolio of Private Sector clients.

The Role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role carrying out the full remit of traditional Building Surveying work;

  • Specifications
  • Report Writing
  • Technical Due-Diligence
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Rights of Light Duties
  • Contract Administration and Management

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

This is a role ideal for an Assistant Building Surveyor who may not currently be receiving consistent APC support or for somebody who feels a broader range of work will assist in their development towards achieving MRICS Chartership.

  • Minimum 18 months APC diary recorded
  • Building Surveying experience working within a Private Practice/Consultancy
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
  • Client-facing
