Independent multidisciplinary construction consultancy offering multiple services to a variety of clients within a variety of sectors.

Due to an increasing workload my client has a fantastic opportunity for an additional experienced Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing Building Consultancy team.

This will be a client facing role so you will need to have good communication skills. You must be self-motivated professional, and have an ambitious and driven character.

You will be based in the office full time so must be within commuting distance or the Buckinghamshire / Berkshire area.

You will perform a variety of day to day duties on a wide range of exciting projects including but not limited to:

> Area measures (GEA, GIA & NIA)
> Project work including alterations, refurbishments and new build
> Design and specification (including statutory consents)
> Contract Administration 
> Project Management 
> Party Wall and Neighbourly Advice
> Schedules of Condition
> Dilapidations - landlord and tenant - desirable but not essential

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria: 

> BSc Building Surveying
> MRICS Chartered
> 1 year minimum PQE with experience in commercial property
> Proficient in AutoCAD Design and Specification

Salary and Benefits

> £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and level of capability
> 23 days holiday, plus all public holidays
