Building Surveyor required – mixed workload - Teesside

Our client is a relatively newly established (but extremely busy and growing) practice of surveyors operating out of Stockton on Tees covering Teesside, North Yorkshire and Durham.

Catering for an entirely private (i.e. non lender/panel) client base spanning both the commercial and residential sectors, they provide a broad professional service including:

RICS Building Surveys

RICS Homebuyer Surveys

Expert Witness Reports

Party Wall Advice

Defect Analysis and Reports

Schedule of dilapidations and conditions

Pre-acquisition surveys

Arranging Refurbishment/Repairs/ Maintenance

Defect Analysis

Due to sheer demand for their services, they now require an additional Chartered Building Surveyor keen to undertake a varied, non-lender derived workload for decent fees.

The suitable chartered building surveyor will need to hold MRICS qualification, live in or close to the core areas covered, have the desire to build a long term career with potential partnership options and strong client facing skills in order to further build our clients reputation locally.

Remuneration will include a decent basic salary, bonus, car allowance, benefits and (eventually) shares, alongside part home working if desired.
