About the Role
Our client is the long established residential surveying arm of a substantial property group undertaking a broad residential survey and valuation workload across both traditional residential property as well as high value property nationwide.

Unlike many residential surveying panel firms who rely on the traditional “points per day” workload, they have adopted a “fees over points” ethos due to the often substantial fees achieved for much of their non-mainstream lender work.

As a direct result of venture capitalist investment, renewed contracts and additional pipeline panel instruction they are now expanding their operation and are actively seeking experienced MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyors (holding VRS) to cover the following areas:

Essex / East Anglia Patch
Colchester, Chelmsford, South End, Clacton, up to the borders of Ipswich and Bury St.Edmunds.

East Midlands / Bedfordshire Patch
Corby, Kettering, Northamptonshire, Bedford, Milton Keynes up to the borders of Leamington Spa and Leicester

West Midlands Patch
Coventry, Leamington Spa, Loughborough, Burton on Trent, Walsall and Birmingham

South West Patch
Gloucester, Cotswolds, Swindon, Bristol, Bath and Chippenham

South Coast Patch
Basingstoke, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester

While many of these patches appear large, logical booking and job grouping allows for excellent time and travel efficiency.
