We are investing in our academic provision and are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying to join our team of experienced academic staff.

We are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic academic to make a key contribution to our academic provision through teaching, research and enterprise.

You will be able to teach and contribute to our research and enterprise portfolio in areas within the Quantity Surveying discipline, in the areas of measurement, estimating and professional practice using industry experience to inform teaching.

The successful applicant will possess a first degree in quantity surveying and a Masters Degree in a Construction related subject or have a professional qualification such as MRICS, and be able to demonstrate HE level teaching experience, and/or a Higher Education Academy (HEA) accredited teaching qualifications and/or membership of the HEA.

You will join the School of the Built Environment & Engineering based at our City Campus and contribute to the delivery of our growing undergraduate and postgraduate provision. There are extensive and excellent specialist facilities located in a setting which offers many additional amenities for our students and staff.
