About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Estates (Estates Management) you will be responsible for assisting the Estates team using your expertise as a construction professional to advise and assist in delivering the services of the Department to University stakeholders.
About you (requirements)
The ideal candidate will have a good degree and be MRICS (or similar) qualified. With experience of undertaking a range of duties normally required of a building surveyor including surveying and PPM updates, refurbishment and project work you will need to coordinate and balance the requirements of a busy department with the property based needs and requirements of University stakeholders. In addition you will need to assist with space management, annual returns, compliance management and department budget preparation.
You will be experienced with using AutoCAD packages, Microsoft Office and Google packages
