Project Manager, Conservation & Heritage - Prestigious Charity

You will be part of the national projects team of 10 people and responsible for delivering major construction projects across the estate, such as maintenance and repair, conservation and capital investment schemes. You will also work closely with external consultants and monitoring their work to ensure professional services and customer-focused service delivery is achieved.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Construction with at least 3+ years' experience. You will ideally have worked on conservation/heritage projects, but this is not essential; your desire to continually learn and lead others is of crucial importance. My client is happy to consider candidates from a construction project management, building surveying, quantity surveying or architecture background.
