Industry leading, Commercial Real Estate, Investment and Property Management Consultancy are looking for an addition to their team - a Building Surveyor who is Chartered to the MRICS level.

Established in London with their Headquarters being based near Bank and with offices worldwide, we are now seeking a Building Surveyor who has a high-level of experience within the Professional services side of Building Surveying and of the Commercial Property sector persuasion.

With high-end Commercial property and Real Estate projects in London and the Inner M25 region, we are looking for a Building Surveyor that can work well within a team, and able to work autonomously, taking lead of client meetings and inspections, whilst being based at a modern, office in London taking charge of the below.

This role of Building Surveyor will see you conduct and implement your knowledge of Building Surveying in the following areas:

  • Dilapidations / Party Wall
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Defects Analysis / Diagnosis
  • Neighbourly Matters
  • Schedule of Conditions / Maintenance projects
  • Contracts Administration

Project types will consist of major developments across the Commercial sector; Office space, Education sector, Retail and Leisure.

To be considered for this Building Surveyor role, you must be CHARTERED as an MRICS Building Surveyor. You will ideally have 1-3 years PQE within a Consultancy or Private Practice background with Commercial property experience. If you have the following experience of the above areas within the Residential background, your application will also be considered.
