London focused Developer and Asset Manager, who predominantly focus on Residential and Mixed Use property, are looking for a Head of Development for one of their most high profile schemes. The role involves managing an experienced and diverse team, and initially taking responsibility for a large, mixed use redevelopment / regeneration site that has an agreed Masterplan. The development consists of over 1500 new homes (including Affordable Housing), retail, office and you’ll lead the project through to hand over to the on-site Construction team. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring the project is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner, and that the scheme is delivered in accordance with the high expectations for the site.  


  • Candidates must have a strong track record in residentially led development schemes, with some Regeneration or Affordable Housing expertise.
  • You must be MRICS, or have another relevant property/development qualification with at least 8 years post qualified experience in the development sector
  • Proven track record delivering high profile, complex developments to time, cost and quality standards
  • Proven track record managing stakeholder relationships including landowners, public sector bodies, residents and their representatives, and contractors
