One of London's most successful Quantity Surveying practices which is rapidly on the rise and is continuing to grow, is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Senior Project Quantity Surveyor will possess the ability to run multiple, challenging, and impressive commercial projects across the South East.

The successful Senior Project Surveyor will predominantly work alongside one of partners on several commercial schemes across the city, providing an extensive pre and post contract service to varied client database.

This is an excellent role for a SPS who is looking to take the next step in their career and achieve Associate status, as well as be responsible for your own projects and small team!

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in the companies iconic London office, just a short distance from London Waterloo St.

Day to day role will include:

• Preparing budget estimates
• Cost planning
• Tender documents
• Project Management
• Cost reporting
• Final Accounts
• Running your own projects

The Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Project Surveyor will be client facing and comfortable in a mentoring role

• 5+ years UK, Quantity Surveying experience
• MRICS
• Minimum 2:1 RICS accredited degree
• Commercial project experience
• Client facing
• A history of running projects

• £55,000 - £65,000
• 25 days' annual leave
