- £50,000 - £65,000 + package, depending on experience

My client are a boutique consultancy with a strong team unit at its core. Covering both property and infrastructure, they have a successful business based not far from Waterloo / London Bridge.
Due to recent project wins and for succession planning within the business, they are looking for a new team member; a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Whether you're newly Chartered or with 1-5 years post Chartership experience, this is an exciting opportunity to see tangible results from your hard work, and to see a clear pathway to Director in the future.
Ideally you will have previous commercial or residential experience, to assist with their project load across London (current projects include one in Soho and one in Borough High Street), but experience in other sectors will also be considered.
With previous consultancy experience, they need someone who can be a strong client interface for their business and a strong team player too. Work winning wont be involved initially, but if you enjoy it then in the future you can work into business development too.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will also offer the following:
- A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- Proven success working for a consultancy in the UK
- MRICS Chartered status
- Commercial, residential, mixed use, or retail experience ideally
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
