Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join the London office of this leading construction and property consultancy to work on a variety of commercial projects in London and the South East.

It would be expected that any suitable candidate would have a relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification and be working towards membership / or already a member of the RICS.

Full APC/CPD support will be provided by the Practice.

You will be comfortable with the full project life cycle from feasibility estimating through to agreement of Final Account on traditional JCT contracts.

Pre-contract duties to include design review, value engineering, value management, production of tender documentation, tender analysis on return of contractor’s proposals and production of contract documentation.

Post-contract duties to include monthly valuations, cost reporting, valuing variations and change, agreement of final account. Further services could include life cycle costing.

You must be Client facing, attending specific client review meetings, design meetings, cost and procurement meetings and general project meetings.
