Project Manager - Capital Works
3-6 month + contract
Berkshire
£25-30ph
Your new company
A successful and well known public sector organisation is looking for a Project Manager to join their construction and property team on an interim basis. Initially starting at 3-6 months, there is the potential for this to be longer term and even permanent for the right person
Your new role
Working on a number of projects ranging in value from £10k-£400k, you will be predominately working on school refurbs and extensions, capital projects, capital maintenance etc. A big part of your role alongside managing the delivery of the projects within the desired time frame is contractor liaison, H&S, dealing with third parties etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role with construction and property within the public sector. A knowledge of how projects within a school environment work, experience of running projects from conception to completion, a strong knowledge of the built environment and current legislation's.
