The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) seeks a highly motivated Director of Estates to contribute to its strategic aims and objectives through major accommodation initiatives, underpinned by oversight of a robust facilities and maintenance operation and associated functions, ensuring an excellent service to internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the GSA Estates Strategy and leading and developing the annual operational planning cycle for the Estates department. 

The successful candidate should have a recognised degree and a professional building services related qualification, with significant experience of strategic and operational management of estates.
