Project Manager

Carriera has been retained to secure a project manager for an award winning property and construction consultancy based in Oxford.

About the client;

The business is a top 20, multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy serving all

market sectors across the UK and around the world. They deliver a number of services including project management, building surveying, cost management, architecture and civil engineering.

The business will give you full support towards your professional development and encouraged you to fulfil your potential within the partnership. You will be joining a team, comprising 15 project managers who are fully supported by the partner and senior team and will help them grow and develop the service line.

Current projects range from a few million up to £300 million, working across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and sports and leisure.

About you;

You will have a degree or higher in a construction related subject and either be professionally qualified or working through your APC. You will be used to running smaller value projects with occasional support and have supported on larger schemes. Sector experience is open but ideally you would have a good track record in one of the aforementioned areas.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between clients and the project teams. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site.

Compensation;

Circa £50,000
