Senior Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Private Practice based in Richmond, Surrey is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join and lead its small but growing team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior Building Surveyor seeking a client-facing role with a clear pathway to Directorship.

The Company

This consultancy primarily focusses on high-end residential refurbishment projects and boasts both celebrity and high net-worth individuals as clients.

They carry out a wide range of building consultancy services. Projects mainly cover central London - notably Kensington and Chelsea and work on behalf of both clients and contractors.

The Role of the successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • Specification Writing
  • Contract Administration
  • Dilapidations
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Defect Diagnosis
  • + Building and maintaining client relationships and mentoring junior surveyors

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Organised, and capable of handling multiple projects and clients
  • MRICS preferred
  • Experience in mentoring APC candidates ideal
  • A RICS accredited degree
  • A client-facing demeanour

In Return, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
