Job Details
Senior Building Surveyor
An independent firm of chartered surveyors based in the heart of Central London are seeking a client-facing Senior Building Surveyor with experience in running projects to join their expanding Building Consultancy team.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out a variety of traditional building surveying competencies whilst working alongside a long-standing portfolio of institutional and commercial funds focusing on London's landmark projects.
The Role
- Project management
- Contract administration
- Due diligence
- Building reinstatement cost assessments
- Planned maintenance
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to build a portfolio of key client relationships both internally and externally.
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS (18+ months PQE)
- Commercial property experience
- Experience running projects
- A client-facing demeanour and business development background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
