Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a well-established property management company specialising in the delivery of a wide range of property management solutions for high profile clients. Due to a sustained period of organic growth, our client is seeking to add an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join their established and supportive team of Chartered Surveyors.

Working with a highly varied commercial property portfolio, you will have exposure to differing, high profile assets in both city centre and rural locations. Providing valuation advice, expertise and guidance, you’ll be tasked with building strong internal and external relationships whilst consistently adding value in an autonomous environment.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a chartered surveyor with post qualified experience and ideally a registered valuer. You will have broad general practice commercial valuation experience. You will be a self-starter who is used to managing a varied caseload and multiple priorities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
