Job Details
Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a client-side organisation who are going through a significant period of growth and change. The business has a significant portfolio of property and is now looking to hire an experienced Estates Surveyor.
The successful applicant will be tasked with leading all landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears. You will help develop and implement appropriate estate management strategies to ensure that maximum benefit is derived from the portfolio, whilst managing day to day property matters.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a chartered surveyor with post qualified experience. You will have estates management / general practice experience including exposure to landlord and tenant issues. It is also important that you are MRICS / FRICS.
