An award winning real estate consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit ideally a Senior Surveyor that will be involved in a variety of General Practice work across commercial, retail and residential assets.
Based at their Canary Wharf headquarters the successful candidate will be involved in rent reviews, lease renewals, Red Book & Statutory Valuations, general property brokerage, investment and development consultancy.

Suitable applicants will possess RICS qualification and ideally have proven experience of at least 2 years' post qualification experience. Enthusiasm, thoroughness, honesty and commitment are all attributes we are seeking for our client.
