Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors.  The ideal candidates will either be MRICS qualified or at degree level working through their APC.

Duties will include cost estimating, preparation of BQs and Schedules of Work, tender cost analysis, cost reporting, valuations and settlement of final account for a wide client base in education, social housing, private housing, retail and healthcare.

We are an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors with over 100 years’ experience in providing services to the construction industry. We cover all aspects of cost consultancy, project management and CDM services for many building projects.

We operate an RICS approved structured training plan for staff to achieve chartered status and actively encourage and fund continuing professional development for all qualified members of staff.
