Project Manager - Client-side

A global residential owner and developer working in the rental space are looking for a client-side Project Manger to oversee their projects within the M25.With 40,000 units globally, this developer is among one of the largest in the world. They are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with good knowledge of construction, costs and timelines to join their rapidly growing team based in London. This person could have started their career as an on-site tradesman and will have good hands-on experience of construction management and/or project management.Ideally, you will have:2 yrs experience in the London residential marketan in depth understanding of technical issues in the refurbishment processdemonstable experience of relationship building with contractors and stakeholdersand it is essential that you have a willingness to learn and to help mentor others in the business
