Graduate Surveyor (Valuation / Lease Advisory) - Birmingham

Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a Graduate Valuation Surveyor role within a family feel property firm. The role will involve assisting senior colleagues with market research, valuations, and preparation of Red Book compliant reports. Furthermore, you will also be assisting a colleague with client reporting; negations of rent reviews and lease renewals as well as general lease advisory consultancy.

Full APC support will be on offer as well as the autonomy to undertake CPD and attending networking events. Professional appearance and demeanour will be vital for this role as it involves providing a competent service for clients.

Candidates with a methodical and disciplined approach to their work will work well in this role. It is expected you will have a RICS accredited degree and ideally some commercial property experience within professional services.

The successful candidate will receive £20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits, depending on the individual, plus an excellent working environment.
