Are you a Property Manager wanting to work in house? Or perhaps you have a General Practice background and want more autonomy?

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Property Manager, on behalf of a Landlord in Gloucestershire.

The role will be working as part of a dynamic team in a business with a good track record of investment and real estate development. They are specialists within their chosen field and a commercial portfolio with a high occupancy rate. This is a newly created role due a successful period for the business, who can offer a friendly, professional environment to work in.

Day to day, you will be responsible for managing a commercial portfolio, made up of predominantly offices and industrial assets, carrying out asset management tasks, negotiating heads of terms and liaising with; tenants and external consultants alike. Working in a small team, you'll also be responsible for overseeing service charge budgets and small works projects management. You will also assist with the ongoing development pipeline, overseeing refurbishments accross the portfolio.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with experience of managing commercial assets and a rounded knowledge of UK L&T law.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
