The City of London is one of the world’s most exciting and diverse cities. Which means the Corporation has a significant role to play in its public services.

The City Surveyor’s Operations Division is responsible for maintaining the City of London’s operational and investment property. These include landmark buildings such as the Guildhall, Tower Bridge and Mansion House as well as prestigious commercial investment property in the City of London and in London’s West End.

If you are an enthusiastic and capable building surveyor this is an opportunity for you to develop your experience by delivering challenging high-quality refurbishment and cyclical maintenance projects including professional building surveying services.

You should have a relevant degree with appropriate experience or have a high level of commensurate experience.

You will enjoy a raft of other benefits, including interest-free season ticket and bike loans, and discounts on fitness and leisure memberships. There are lifestyle discounts too, with the Cheapside Privilege Card and on West End theatre tickets.

If this sounds like the challenge you were looking for then we'd love to hear from you.
