Interim Building Surveyor (Valuation + Building Surveys)

Your new company
On behalf of our client, an Independent Practice based in South London providing valuations, homebuyer and building surveys, Hays Property & Surveying are currently seeking a Building Surveyor on a two to four week contract to cover a Senior Partner who is on holiday. In this contract, you will be responsible for maintaining the workload of a senior surveyor during a period of absence and in turn you will be offered flexibility in your work schedule and compensated well for your time. Their client base is mainly private clients and they do not undertake mortgage valuations or low fee panel work.

Your new role
As the Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for RICS Valuations and Homebuyer reports as directed. you will be integral in what is an interesting, challenging and rewarding business. This is a fantastic role if you are looking for a working life balance. We are looking for a motivated surveyor with experience in valuation and building surveying and will consider Chartered and Associate members. Experience of leasehold enfranchisement would also be beneficial.
