Would you like to work for a growing property investment company where you can make a difference? Do you have experience working in the development of property?
Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a growing property investment company based in the heart of Bristol. The company is looking to increase the size of their team due to increasing demands and is subsequently looking to recruit a Property and Land Acquisition Surveyor.
The role will include sourcing on-market and off-market investment opportunities, dealing with estate agents, auctioneers and land owners throughout this process. The successful candidate will have had experience working in the real estate market and show a proven track record of property acquisition. Knowledge of the acquisition process, refurbishments, and planning law is essential.
To the successful candidate, a salary in the range of £35,000 to £45,000 is on offer with commission and a bonus, depending on expereince.
