Your new role

The Occupier Management team currently advise a wide number of key clients within both the corporate private sectors as well as public / government bodies. The requirement is for an MRICS surveyor to undertake UK wide Estates / Asset Management instructions. Key elements of the role include proactive property management, commercial & retail lease advisory, transaction management and client reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - Qualified The successful surveyor will require the ability to handle a wide range and property management & professional opportunities. This is a client facing role therefore report writing, negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail is focal point to the position.
